- We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle & Credit cards.
- Payment is due at the end of each session.
- Organizing in home sessions are a minimum of 3 hours.
- Billable time is calculated in 15-minute increments beyond the hourly minimum.
- *Pricing for organizing services excludes homes with hoarding and/or environmental health issues. Pricing to be determined via an onsite assessment.
- The cost of any product or fees (including parking) incurred during the performance of the service will be the responsibility of the client.
- Travel time will be charged for clients 30 miles outside of service area.
- Cancellation Policy - we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. However, if it is necessary to cancel, Organizing With Zen requires a 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide any notice could result in the full price of service being charged.
